Bonterra is looking for a Groundskeeper/Porter to keep our 156-unit community looking sharp every day. Working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the property's curb appeal, including:

• First impressions at entrances, walkways, and common areas
• Lawn care and grounds upkeep
• Trash and waste removal (including dumpster corrals and pickup areas)
• Amenity area appearance (pool, clubhouse, dog park, etc.)
• Snow and ice removal in winter months
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards as you spot them

Given the size of this property, this role covers a lot of ground daily. Reliability and the ability to stay on task without direct supervision matter more here than at a smaller community.

What we're looking for:

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or grounds experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual, every shift
• Able to multi-task and manage your own schedule throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Resident-first mindset, this is a resident-facing role
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor outdoors daily
