Job Summary:
Coughlin Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will support a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Denver. We are looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, delivers high-quality service across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a maintenance resource across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all assets are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems, with a focus on quality workmanship and long-term solutions.
- Support property turnovers, including inspections, repairs, painting, and preparation of spaces for new tenants.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize repairs, extend the life of property systems, and reduce unexpected costs.
- Complete resident and tenant service requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Oversee and coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized services are required, ensuring work meets company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and completed tasks through property management systems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and applicable codes.
- Provide on-call coverage for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively.
- Represent Coughlin Property Management with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Pay Rate:
- $30 per hour
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Strong communication skills and customer service to interact with team and residents.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different properties.

- Able to work in confined spaces
- Able to work for long periods outdoors in multiple seasons.
